In the first instance, we find that visiting your premises to take vacancy details gives us an insight and understanding of your Company’s Culture. Our dedicated HR & Finance Division are unique in the sense that our Consultants are C.I.P.D. or A.C.C.A. Qualified and/or have equivalent industry experience within a HR or Finance function.

Our Consultants will take full vacancy details to include relevant Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Personality, Salary & Benefits. This assists us in marketing your vacancy to our Candidates and enables our Consultants to source the Best Candidates for the selection process. All details will then be confirmed in writing along with confirmation of agreed fees, whether the position is permanent or Contract.

To help save you time, we will:

  • Agree suitable interview dates and times for applicants
  • Advertise the position(s) (Social/Job Boards/Website)
  • Hold in house briefings and preliminary competency-based interviews prior to shortlist
  • Shortlist and arrange interviews and confirm details to both parties
  • Liaise with both parties and give genuine and honest feedback
  • Undertake Vetting and Referencing to ensure
  • Best Practice and Piece of Mind
  • Maintain regular contact with both Client and Candidate
